Welcome to The Copper House, an eco luxury B&B for grown ups in Portreath. Recently voted one of Europe’s top emerging destinations, Portreath is a small Cornish coastal village in an area of outstanding natural beauty and within a World Heritage site. We were lucky enough to be able to build within this wonderful village and our house, built entirely by ourselves, is one of only 35 hotels and B&B’s in the UK to attain the prized TripAdvisor highest Platinum Award for eco practices.

Our contemporary rooms are designed to connect you to the outdoors, with large, private, furnished terraces and light airy spaces looking out onto the valley and ancient woods of Illogan. It is a quiet contemplative place where you can recharge your batteries, sleep in silence and wake refreshed.

With only two rooms, we can spoil our guests. Service includes breakfast brought to your room, or terrace, at a time you choose. Everything is about you.

A good night’s sleep comes as standard at The Copper House.
The house is in a very quiet area and the only noise at night is the occasional owl.
